Easy and Secure Payment Options

We offer convenient and secure payment options for customers in Thailand and overseas. After selecting your flowers or gifts, you can complete your order using one of the payment methods below.

Please make sure that your payment has been completed before the requested delivery date so that we can confirm your order and prepare your flowers on time.

1. Pay by Credit or Debit Card

You can pay securely online using your credit or debit card during the checkout process.

We accept major cards, including:

  • Mastercard

  • JCB

To pay by card:

  1. Select your flowers or gift and proceed to checkout.

  2. Enter your delivery and order information.

  3. Choose the card payment option.

  4. Enter your card details through the secure payment system.

  5. Complete the payment and wait for your order confirmation.

For your security, your card information is processed through a secure third-party payment service. Chiangmai Flower does not store your complete credit card information.

If your card payment is successfully completed, your order can proceed to the confirmation and preparation process.

2. Bank Transfer

Customers may also pay by bank transfer to our designated bank account.

After completing the bank transfer, please send your payment confirmation to us so that we can verify your payment and confirm your order.

Please include your order number or customer name with your payment confirmation whenever possible.

3. International Money Transfer

Customers ordering from outside Thailand may use international money transfer services where available.

We can accept international payments through services such as:

  • Western Union

  • Paysend

After completing the payment, please send us the payment confirmation together with your order number.

4. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment has been completed, our team will verify the transaction.

Your order will be scheduled for preparation after payment has been successfully confirmed.

For bank transfers and international payments, please send us your payment receipt or transaction confirmation as soon as possible.

This helps us confirm your order quickly and avoid delays in preparing and delivering your flowers.

  • Orders are normally processed after payment has been confirmed.

  • For bank transfers, please complete payment within the requested payment period.

  • Payment confirmation may be required for bank transfers and international payments.

  • Please ensure that the amount transferred matches the total order amount.

  • If the payment amount is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Additional bank or payment service fees may be charged by the customer's bank or payment provider.

  • Processing times for international payments may vary depending on the payment service provider.
