Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout Chiang Mai and selected nearby areas. Additional delivery charges may apply to locations outside our standard delivery area.

Delivery Timing

We make every reasonable effort to deliver on the requested date and selected period, but an exact delivery time cannot always be guaranteed.

We can generally arrange deliveries to hotels and hospitals, subject to each location's own policies and procedures.

Hotel Deliveries

When sending flowers to a hotel, please provide:

Hotel name
Room number when available
Recipient telephone number
Booking name when available

Hotel security policies may prevent direct room delivery. When necessary, flowers may be left with reception, concierge or another authorized staff member.

Hospital Deliveries

When sending flowers to a hospital, please provide:

Recipient's full name
Hospital name
Ward or department
Room number when available
Recipient telephone number

Some hospitals or medical departments may restrict flower deliveries. If room delivery is unavailable, our team may leave the flowers with an authorized hospital representative.

Recipient Availability

Please make sure the recipient can receive the delivery.

Our delivery team may call the recipient using the telephone number provided.

If the recipient cannot be reached, we may contact the customer or follow the delivery instructions.

Flowers may be handed to reception, security, building staff or another authorized person.

You do not need to be in Thailand to send flowers with Chiangmai Flower. We welcome customers ordering flowers for friends, family, partners and loved ones in Chiang Mai.
